Leche Flan

Ingredients
Caramel:
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
- 2 Tbs coconut sugar
- 1 Tbs water
Flan:
- 2 cups So Good Oat Unsweetened
- 1/2 cup cashews (soaked for 4 hours)
- 3 Tbs raw sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp agar-agar powder
Method
1. Place 1/4 cup raw sugar into a small sauce pan with 1 Tbs water and cook on medium-low heat until caramel brown.
2. Transfer and spread onto heat-friendly container.
3. Place the strained soaked cashews, So Good Oat Unsweetened, raw sugar, vanilla extract and agar-agar powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Transfer to a small pot and cook on medium-low heat until it come to a low boil.
5. Transfer to the container with the caramel.
6. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
7. Serve and Enjoy.
