Roti Jala (Savory Lace Crepes)
¾ cup chickpea Flour
½ cup So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk
¼ cup water, ¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
oil for cooking (optional)
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pre-heat a pan to medium heat.
Place the batter into a squeeze bottle with 3 holes or nozzles.
Add oil to the pan, if needed.
Spread the batter onto the pan in a circular motion creating multiple interlapping circles.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
Repeat with all the batter.
