Halo-Halo Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ube powder, 300g frozen banana
- 3/4 cup So Good Almond Unsweetened
- 1/3 cup creamed corn
- 1/3 nata de coco
- 1/3 cup sweet mung bean
Minatamis na saba:
- 150g chopped saba
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbs coconut sugar
Optional topping:
- 3 bricks Weet-Bix Original Cereal
Method
- Place the chopped saba in a small pot with the water and coconut sugar and cook on medium low until tender.
- In a blender, place the ube powder, frozen banana, and So Good Almond Unsweetend and blend until smooth.
- Place in your glass and top with minatamis na saba, creamed corn, Nata de coco, sweet mung bean, and Weet-Bix Original Cereal.
