Halo-Halo Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ube powder, 300g frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup So Good Almond Unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup creamed corn
  • 1/3 nata de coco
  • 1/3 cup sweet mung bean

Minatamis na saba:

  • 150g chopped saba
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbs coconut sugar

Optional topping:

  • 3 bricks Weet-Bix Original Cereal

Method

  1. Place the chopped saba in a small pot with the water and coconut sugar and cook on medium low until tender.
  2. In a blender, place the ube powder, frozen banana, and So Good Almond Unsweetend and blend until smooth.
  3. Place in your glass and top with minatamis na saba, creamed corn, Nata de coco, sweet mung bean, and Weet-Bix Original Cereal.
