Savory Mushroom Sticky Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- 200g mushroom
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 Tbs tamari
- 1 Tbs coconut sugar
- 1 cup So Good Almond Unsweetened
Method
1. Soak the glutinous rice for 4 hours or overnight.
2. Strain and place into a glass heat-friendly container.
3. Pre-heat a pan to medium heat and place the sesame oil.
4. Add in the mushroom and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add in the onion and cook until translucent.
6. Add in the Tamari and coconut sugar, and cook for 1 minute.
7. Place the So Good Almond Unsweetened, and cooked mushroom mix into the container with the rice.
8. Place in a steamer and steam for 30-40 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.
9. Top with chopped spring onion.
