Onion Miso Soup

Ingredients

1 Tbs grapeseed oil

4 thinly sliced white onion

3 1/2 cup reduced salt vegetable broth

2 Tbs miso paste

1 1/2 cup So Good Almond Unsweetened

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat a pot to medium-low heat and add in the grapeseed oil.
  2. Add in the onion and and sauce until translucent.
  3. Add in the miso paste, and vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add in the So Good Almond Unsweetened Milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve and top with chopped spring onion.
