Munggo Popsicle

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup So Good Almond Vanilla
- 1/4 cup young coconut
- 5 Tbs sweet red mung bean
- 5 Tbs shredded young coconut
- 2 Tbs raw sugar
Method
- Place the So Good Almond Vanilla, raw sugar, and 1/4 cup of young coconut in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Mix the blended mix with the sweet mung bean and shredded young coconut.
- Place into a popsicle mold and freeze overnight.
