Grass Jelly Bowl

Ingredients

  • 300g chopped grass jelly, 300g lychee (fresh or canned)
  • 200g diced ripe mango
  • 1/4 cup sago
  • 1 1/2 cups So Good Soy Regular
  • 2 Tbs agave syrup
  • 1-2 cups crushed ice (optional)

Method

1. Cook the sago according to package instructions.

2. Place all the ingredients in the fridge to chill.

3. Place the ice, grass jelly, lychee, ripe mango, and sago into a bowl.

4. Pour the So Good Soy Regular into the bowls.

5. Top with agave nectar.
