Sweet Potato Porridge

Ingredients

1 medium diced peeled sweet potato

½ cup Glutinous rice

3 cups Water

½ cup So Good Unsweetened Almond milk

1 thumb sliced Ginger

1 pandan leaf

Salt to taste

Method

  1. Rinse and strain the rice until the water is clear.
  2. In a pot, add in the water, glutinous rice, sweet potato, pandan leaf, and ginger.
  3. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add in the So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk.
  5. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
