Sweet Potato Porridge

Ingredients
1 medium diced peeled sweet potato
½ cup Glutinous rice
3 cups Water
½ cup So Good Unsweetened Almond milk
1 thumb sliced Ginger
1 pandan leaf
Salt to taste
Method
- Rinse and strain the rice until the water is clear.
- In a pot, add in the water, glutinous rice, sweet potato, pandan leaf, and ginger.
- Bring to a boil then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add in the So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk.
- Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
