Sago Gula Melaka

Ingredients

  • 150g small sago
  • 10 cups water
  • 4 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup So Good Almond Original

Method

  1. Place the water into a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in the small sago and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Leave the small sago for 5-10 more minutes.
  4. Strain the sago and run through water, then place into 4 small bowls and let sit.
  5. Serve with maple syrup and So Good Almond Original.
