Red Bean Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 180g silken tofu
  • 100g drained cooked red kidney beans
  • 200g frozen banana
  • ½ tsp spirulina powder 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 cup So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk
  • 1-2 cups ice

Method

  1. Place the kidney beans, silken tofu and So Good Oat Unsweetened milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add in the frozen banana, spirulina powder, peanut butter, ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
