Red Bean Protein Shake

Ingredients
- 180g silken tofu
- 100g drained cooked red kidney beans
- 200g frozen banana
- ½ tsp spirulina powder 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1 cup So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk
- 1-2 cups ice
Method
- Place the kidney beans, silken tofu and So Good Oat Unsweetened milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add in the frozen banana, spirulina powder, peanut butter, ice and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
