Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup So Good Oat Unsweetened
  • 150g cucumber
  • 300g frozen pineapple
  • 1 thumb ginger
  • 1 1/2 Tbs agave nectar
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 100g young coconut meat
  • Ice (optional)

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
