Onion Miso Soup

Ingredients
1 Tbs grapeseed oil
4 thinly sliced white onion
3 1/2 cup reduced salt vegetable broth
2 Tbs miso paste
1 1/2 cup So Good Almond Unsweetened
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Method
- Preheat a pot to medium-low heat and add in the grapeseed oil.
- Add in the onion and and sauce until translucent.
- Add in the miso paste, and vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add in the So Good Almond Unsweetened Milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve and top with chopped spring onion.
