Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¾ cup So Good Soy Regular Milk
  • 1 Tbs coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt

Topping:

  • 5 slices Ripe Mango
  • 5 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Method

  1. Rinse and drain the glutinous rice, until the water is clear.
  2. Soak the rice in water overnight.
  3. Strain the rice then steam the rice for 30-50 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan mix the coconut milk, So Good Soy Regular milk, and the coconut sugar until dissolved and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  5. Add in the steamed rice and stir until the rice has absorbed the liquid mixture.
