Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 200g mango
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup So Good Almond Regular
- 2 Tbs coconut sugar
Toppings:
- 3 bricks Weet-Bix Original Cereal
- 3 Tbs slivered almond
- 1 ripe mango
Method
- Mix So Good Almond Original, chia seeds, coconut sugar, and 200g chopped mango in a jar and place in the fridge overnight to thicken.
- Top with Weet-Bix Original Cereal, slivered almond and more mango.
