Ingredients
250g chopped cassava (peeled)
100g chopped sweet potato (peeled)
2 cups water
2 pandan leaves
200g sliced ripe saba
1/4 cup muscovado sugar
1 cup So Good Soy Regular Milk
1/4 cup lite coconut milk
Method
- In a pot add in the water, cassava, sweet potato and pandan leaves.
- Bring to a boil and look on medium low heat until tender.
- Add in the saba, muscovado, So Good Soy Regular Milk and lite coconut milk.
- Simmer for 5 minutes
