Fruit Jelly Cups

Ingredients

  • 400g ripe mango
  • 2 cups So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk
  • 1 tbs agar-agar powder
  • 1 tbs agave nectar

Optional toppings

  • kiwi strawberry
  • chopped mango
  • grapes

Method

  1. Place the mango in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. In a small pot, add in the So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk, coconut sugar, and agar-agar powder.
  3. Whisk and cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in the mango puree.
  5. Pour into cups.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to let set.
  7. Top with chopped fruit.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
