Fruit Jelly Cups

Ingredients
- 400g ripe mango
- 2 cups So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk
- 1 tbs agar-agar powder
- 1 tbs agave nectar
Optional toppings
- kiwi strawberry
- chopped mango
- grapes
Method
- Place the mango in a blender and blend until smooth.
- In a small pot, add in the So Good Oat Unsweetened Milk, coconut sugar, and agar-agar powder.
- Whisk and cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the mango puree.
- Pour into cups.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to let set.
- Top with chopped fruit.
- Serve and enjoy.
