Ingredients
1 1/2 cup coconut water
1 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened So Good Almond Milk
½ tsp basil seeds, 1 Tbs water
Option 1:
¼ cup finely diced mango
¼ cup finely diced dragonfruit
¼ cup thinly sliced young coconut meat
Option 2:
¼ cup finely diced ripe mango
¼ cup finely diced ripe avocado
¼ cup thinly sliced young coconut meat
Method
- Mix the basil seeds with the water and let bloom.
- Mix the coconut water and coconut sugar.
- In a glass add in the fruit, basil seeds, and coconut water and coconut sugar mix.
- Add in the So Good Almond Milk.
- Let chill in the refrigerator or add a handful or two of ice.
