Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe avocados
  • 3/4 cup So Good Almond Vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup liquid sweetener

Method

  1. Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Place back into the freezer if needed to get thicker.
