Pineapple lime smoothie

This simple, refreshing smoothie is the perfect way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup So Good Regular Soy Milk
  • 1 cup pineapple pieces
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
  • 1 small banana
  • Juice from 1 lime

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender jug and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen pineapple and / or frozen banana.
