Chocolate Chia Pudding Parfait

Ingredients

Chia Pudding:

  • 3 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1 cup So Good Almond Unsweetened
  • 1 Tbs coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

Toppings:

  • 3 banana
  • 5 bricks Weet-Bix Original Cereal
  • 3 Tbs slivered almond
  • 2 mango
  • 2 Tbs chopped dark chocolate

Method

  1. Mix the chia pudding ingredients in a bowl or jar and place in the fridge overnight.
  2. Divide the chia pudding into 3 glasses and layer with the toppings.
