Chocolate Chia Pudding Parfait

Ingredients
Chia Pudding:
- 3 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 cup So Good Almond Unsweetened
- 1 Tbs coconut sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
Toppings:
- 3 banana
- 5 bricks Weet-Bix Original Cereal
- 3 Tbs slivered almond
- 2 mango
- 2 Tbs chopped dark chocolate
Method
- Mix the chia pudding ingredients in a bowl or jar and place in the fridge overnight.
- Divide the chia pudding into 3 glasses and layer with the toppings.
