Caramelized Plantain Weet-Bix Bowl

Ingredients

  • 200g sliced plantain or saba
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbs coconut sugar
  • 4 bricks Weet-Bix Original Cereal
  • 1 cup So Good Almond Original
  • 2 Tbs slivered almond
  • 2 Tbs shredded coconut

Method

  1. Place the plantain or saba, coconut sugar, and water in a pot and cook on medium heat until soft.
  2. Serve with the Weet-Bix Original Cereal, So Good Almond Original, slivered almond and shredded coconut.
