Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 200g mango
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup So Good Almond Regular
  • 2 Tbs coconut sugar

Toppings:

  • 3 bricks Weet-Bix Original Cereal
  • 3 Tbs slivered almond
  • 1 ripe mango

Method

  1. Mix So Good Almond Original, chia seeds, coconut sugar, and 200g chopped mango in a jar and place in the fridge overnight to thicken.
  2. Top with Weet-Bix Original Cereal, slivered almond and more mango.
