1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp water
1 1/2 cup So Good Oat Unsweetened
3/4 tsp agar-agar powder
2 Tbs coconut sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
- Place the coconut sugar in a small pan and 1 tsp water, and heat up to medium heat then transfer to a heat friendly container.
- Place the So Good Unsweetened into a small pot and whisk in the agar-agar powder and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and place in a blender with the avocado, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt and blend until smooth.
- Pour into the container with the coconut caramel.
- Chill for 4 hours.
