Chin Chow/ Cincau / Grass Jelly Drink

Ingredients

1 cup grass jelly

2 cups So Good Soy Regular Milk

1 Tbs coconut sugar

2 cups ice

*2 Tbs water (optional)

So Good Soy Regular Milk

Coconut Sugar

Basil Seeds (optional for some texture)

*1 tsp basil seeds

Method

  1. Bloom the basil seeds in water for 2 minutes.
  2. Dissolve coconut sugar in So Good Soy Regular milk.
  3. Slice the grass jelly into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine everything in a glass, serve with ice, and stir.
