Single Serve Banoffee Pie

Ingredients
- 1 Weet-Bix wheat biscuit, crushed
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 tbs caramel sauce
- ⅓ cup low fat natural yoghurt
- 1 square dark chocolate, finely grated (optional)
Method
- Add the crushed Weet-Bix to the bottom of a small glass or jar.
- Add the sliced banana and drizzle over the caramel sauce.
- Spoon the yoghurt on top and garnish with grated dark chocolate if desired.
- Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
