Single Serve Banoffee Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Weet-Bix wheat biscuit, crushed
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tbs caramel sauce
  • ⅓ cup low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 square dark chocolate, finely grated (optional)

Method

  1. Add the crushed Weet-Bix to the bottom of a small glass or jar.
  2. Add the sliced banana and drizzle over the caramel sauce.
  3. Spoon the yoghurt on top and garnish with grated dark chocolate if desired.
  4. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
