Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon Sanitarium Natural crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup So Good Almond milk Unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- Tiny pinch nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of ice
Method
- Combine all ingredients and blend in a high speed blender for 1 minute.
- Enjoy!
Tips
- Banana spice smoothie is still delicious without the peanut butter
