Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon Sanitarium Natural crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup So Good Almond milk Unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Tiny pinch nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup of ice

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend in a high speed blender for 1 minute.
  2. Enjoy!

Tips

  • Banana spice smoothie is still delicious without the peanut butter
